Aftercare Advice:
  • It is recommended not to apply make up for up to 24 hours after the treatment to allow the skin to fully absorb the products used in your treatment, it also allows time for the skin to ‘breathe’ so as not to clog the pores.
  • Don’t forget to wash your makeup brushes, clean your phone & change your pillow case, to ensure bacteria doesn’t transfer on to your freshly exfoliated skin!
  • Do not pick, pull or touch your face post treatment to allow your skin to settle.
  • Always cleanse, tone and moisturise your face; to prevent loss of moisture, protect the skin from make-up and to keep the skin soft and supple.
  • Always remove all traces of make-up at the end of the day.
  • Drink plenty of water (recommended 6-8 glasses per day).
  • Do not undertake any other facial skincare treatments within 48 hours of facial.
  • Its not advised to exfoliate for a week before or after microdermabrasion, micro-needling or dermaplaning.
  • Apply SPF30+ every day to avoid pigmentation or sun damage.
  • Try to avoid the sun ☀️ immediately after your treatment as the top layer of dead skin cells will have been removed in your treatment therefore making your skin particularly sensitive to sunlight.
  • Avoid direct heat (intense sunlight & sunbeds) and indirect heat (sauna, intense hot baths/showers) for up to two weeks.
  • Do not apply perfume or perfumed products to the treated area within 48 hours.
